So I don't know how many of you used your Jr. Sherlock detective kits to decipher what this project was, but I bet you were wrong.

I can be fairly sure of that because I was not entirely sure what i was making until it was on the way to be finished. I am pretty excited about how this turned out and I am pretty stoked to show you also my first "lego vignette".

According to Wiki a vignettes are "are short, impressionistic scenes that focus on one moment or give a trenchant impression about a character, an idea, or a setting."

This particular lego vignette is of the origin of Barry Allen as the Flash.

"One night, as he is preparing to leave work, a lightning bolt shatters a case full of chemicals and spills them all over Allen. As a result, Allen finds that he can run extremely fast and has matching reflexes. He dons a set of red tights sporting a lightning bolt, dubs himself the Flash" cited

I first build a approximately 1/2 sized Flash head and then hollowed it out and built inside Barry remembering how it all happened.

More to come later. Until then... Be Champions!
